The problem
Consumer confidence is at an all-time low and consumers want to ‘see ‘ decontamination in action to encourage their patronage. In a recent survey conducted by Biaccon 84% of consumers say they would give preference to retail outlets or hospitality venues where decontamination methods were visible.
The solution
Biaccon will use UV-C light to safely sanitize card payment terminals in between every customer. The process is automatic - avoiding delays in the timing of transaction processing - the consumer doesn’t need to do anything other than pay normally, with confidence. The retailer benefits from providing a very visible front line anti-COVID-19 measure.
