Biaccon has been established to find problems relating to safety and security and find ways to utilise light as a main source in the creation of the solution.

We are currently engaged in several technology projects. One of which is the development of light based solutions, which will ensure that ‘high touch areas’ in the retail and leisure industries to ensure consumer confidence when faced with the challenges of COVID-19.

Our solution will safely sanitise and clean card payment terminals automatically which will enable consumers to pay with confidence knowing that merchant machines have been safely and effectively decontaminated.

To this end we are collaborating with virologists, scientists, product designers, engineers and universities to test and trial our solutions.  Our research informs our mission to protect jobs in supermarkets, the broader retail industry and the leisure industry in the fight against COVID-19 and Viral Transmission.
